Compassionate Care and Reliable Support for Seniors in the Winnipeg Area

My 90 year old mother-in-law was at Grace Hospital (soon to be discharged), but she had an ophthamologist appointment in the Exchange District which our family did not want to reschedule. We did not know how we would manage the appointment, (with my mother-in-laws limited mobility and dementia) but then we called Lonny! She was caring and compassionate, and could engage my parents-in-law in conversation. Lonny has great interpersonal skills with dealing with the elderly and people with dementia. She is a trained fire fighter, so she has good physical ability to look after people, and has great first responder knowledge, so if there were any issues (which there weren’t) we knew we’d be in good hands. She picked up my mother-in-law from hospital, and assisted with transfers in and out of the vehicle and buildings, and drove to and from the appointment. Lonny took all of the stress away form the day! I would highly recommend her!
